ResolvCmd for Microsoft Teams
Half of your team's IT questions never reach the ticket system. They get asked in Teams. The ResolvCmd Teams app captures those questions, answers them from your documentation, and surfaces the topics where your docs are silent.
Teams is the shadow helpdesk
For Microsoft 365 shops, Microsoft Teams is where IT questions actually live. Someone asks in #it-help. A senior engineer types out the answer. The thread scrolls away. The knowledge stays in chat, never reaches the documentation, and gets re-asked next month.
ResolvCmd's Teams integration changes that pattern. The app sits in your helpdesk channels, answers questions from your documentation, and quietly logs the questions that had no good source document. Those gaps feed the same Knowledge Studio that improves your ticket-side resolutions.
The same flywheel, applied to a second surface.
Three things the Teams app does
Answers in channel
Mention the bot or post in a designated helpdesk channel. ResolvCmd replies with a source-cited answer pulled from your documentation, just like it does inside a ticket.
Captures unanswered questions
Questions where ResolvCmd cannot find a good source document get logged as coverage gaps. Your knowledge admins see them in Knowledge Studio and can fill them in.
Stays in your control
You choose which channels the app joins. Permissions respect your Microsoft 365 tenant structure. No data leaves your tenant boundary except the document chunks needed to answer.
