Your documents, your knowledge, your data — it belongs to you, period. We will never sell, share, or monetize your data. Every customer's data is completely walled off from every other customer — by design, not just by policy. No other customer can ever access your information.

You are in control of your data. We retain it only for as long as your account is active, and you can delete it at any time. When you delete your account, we initiate a 30-day soft deletion period followed by permanent removal from all systems, including backups and search indexes. Once deleted, it's gone.
