How does the free trial work? +
Sign up and get 7 days with 50 resolutions, one knowledge source, and web-only access. No credit card required. Your first resolution can be running in under 10 minutes.
How does resolution billing work? +
Each plan includes a monthly resolution allotment shown in the table. Under the hood, we meter usage in credits: a standard resolution is one credit, detailed multi-source resolutions cost more, and follow-ups like expanding a resolution or drafting a customer reply use partial credits. Most teams land near their plan's headline number; if you go over, overages bill at your plan's per-resolution rate.
Are there per-seat fees? +
No. Technicians are unlimited on every plan. Your team uses ResolvCmd through your ticketing system sidebar, so they never need their own login. You only pay for admin seats and resolution volume.
What happens if I exceed my monthly resolutions? +
Overage is auto-enabled on paid plans. You'll get alerts at 80% and 100% usage. Additional resolutions are billed at your plan's per-resolution overage rate: $0.40 on Starter, $0.30 on Growth, $0.20 on Pro, and $0.15 on Scale.
Can I switch plans? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan's features and limits. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What's the annual discount? +
Pay for 10 months, get 12. That's a savings of 2 months on any paid plan.
Do you offer Enterprise pricing? +

Is my data isolated from other customers? +
Yes. Every customer's data is completely walled off by design, not just by policy. Your knowledge, resolutions, and usage data are never sold, shared, or mixed with other customers. You can delete your data at any time.
