How does the free trial work? +

What counts as a resolution? +

A resolution is a complete, structured answer to a ticket or query. Fast resolutions give you a quick answer; Detailed resolutions provide full multi-source analysis. Follow-up actions like expanding a resolution or generating a customer reply use partial credits.

Are there per-seat fees? +

No. Technicians are unlimited on every plan. Your team uses ResolvCmd through your ticketing system sidebar -- they never need their own login. You only pay for admin seats and resolution volume.

What happens if I exceed my monthly resolutions? +

Overage is auto-enabled on paid plans. You'll get alerts at 80% and 100% usage. Additional resolutions are billed at approximately $0.25-0.30 each, depending on your plan.

Can I switch plans? +

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan's features and limits. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What's the annual discount? +

Pay for 10 months, get 12. That's a savings of 2 months on any paid plan.

What knowledge sources are supported? +

Google Drive (Docs, PDF, Word, Markdown), Hudu (articles, procedures, assets), Confluence, and direct document upload (PDF, DOCX, MD, TXT, ZIP). IT Glue integration is coming soon.

Is my data isolated from other customers? +

Yes. Every customer's data is completely walled off — by design, not just by policy. Your knowledge, resolutions, and usage data are never sold, shared, or mixed with other customers. You can delete your data at any time.
